We are now looking for several switchboard operators for our client, a government agency in Sundsvall. The position is a consulting assignment through Bemannia starting on 2026-02-18 and lasting until 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension. The working hours are full-time 100%, and you will work at the client's premises in Sundsvall. The working hours are from 07:45 to 16:15.

Your tasks

In your role as a switchboard operator, you will be the face of the agency. You will work service-oriented and be able to quickly adapt to different situations that may arise, as well as enjoy working with people. To thrive in this role, we believe you are positive, service-oriented, and customer-focused. It is important that you have good communication skills and a good approach towards both customers and colleagues. Your tasks will include answering questions via phone regarding individuals' taxation and income declarations. Guiding in e-services related to taxation and income declarations. The work includes searching for answers in the client's system, staying updated on news, and supporting your colleagues.

Your qualifications

• Basic higher education eligibility

• One (1) year of continuous work experience in the requested area of expertise

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• Good collaborative skills and a positive approach towards customers and colleagues

Meritorious

• Knowledge of declarations/tax issues
